Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of production managers, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance production processes and operational efficiency.
• Conduct audits and process reviews to identify improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee production schedules to guarantee timely product delivery to clients.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize resources and manage production budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication across departments.
• Participate in new project initiations, providing expertise in production processes and strategic planning.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in production or operations roles.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to anticipate long-term operational needs.
• Experience with industry-standard production tools and software.
