Director of Production Excellence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Arventa Group is hiring a Director of Production Excellence for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. This leadership position is suited to an experienced production or operations professional who can improve efficiency, strengthen production processes, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production managers, promoting collaboration, accountability, and strong team performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve production processes and operational efficiency.
• Conduct audits and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities and support compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee production schedules and help ensure products are delivered to clients on time.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), optimize resources, and manage production budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support effective communication and collaboration.
• Contribute production expertise and strategic planning to new project initiatives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• At least five years of experience in a production or operations role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to anticipate long-term operational needs.
• Experience with industry-standard production tools and software.
