Tasks
- Lead the application of accounting, assurance and professional standards across the firm
- Build and run a firm-wide training and development program
- Oversee quality control reviews and the firm’s monitoring program
- Manage the CPA training program and coach firm leaders and staff
Requirements
- CPA designation
- 10+ years of public practice or equivalent experience, preferably in a mid-sized firm
