Job Description:Position Summary:*Ensures accuracy and optimization of the professional revenue cycle operations.*Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values).*Communicates information timely via appropriate channels. Displays an understanding of diversity.*Manages departmental budget.*Meet goals/expectations established over the previous year.*Manages human resources.*Meets or exceeds all The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements.*Solves problems; recommends sound solutions.*Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.*Provides strategic direction and oversight for internal processes, outsourced engagements, and key communications to stakeholders.*Contributes to long-term revenue cycle optimization, transparency, and accountability within the professional revenue cycle operations.*Collaborates with physician leaders, Information Services (IS), and vendors.*Identifies and reviews appropriate revenue cycle reports.*Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state regulations; monitors financial risks and recommends mitigation strategies.*Performs miscellaneous duties.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.Minimum Required Experience: Five (5) years of relevant, job-related experienceRequired Licenses, Certifications, and/or Credentials: NonePreferred qualifications: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
