Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise restoration technicians, cleaners, temporary employees, and subcontractors
• Coordinate water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and debris removal
• Assign daily duties and monitor attendance, productivity, safety, and work quality
• Ensure equipment, materials, tools, and protective equipment are available
• Train and support new and existing team members
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate progress reports
• Communicate professionally with Project Managers, clients, and property managers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications:
• Supervisory experience in disaster restoration, construction, flood remediation, commercial cleaning, or a related field
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restoration procedures and job-site safety
• Ability to complete reports, timesheets, photographs, and project documentation
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, mobile applications, and project-management systems
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred
• Relevant restoration, construction, or safety certifications are an asset
