Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas at all times. Regularly remove trash and garbage from work areas. Assist with cleaning kitchen appliances and equipment. Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized. Communicate with kitchen staff about dish and equipment needs. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills. Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred. This role works closely with the kitchen team, reporting directly to the kitchen manager and collaborating with cooks and servers to uphold high cleanliness standards.
