Dispatcher

Receive and organize customer orders for water delivery. Coordinate and dispatch delivery personnel based on scheduled orders. Monitor delivery status and ensure timely completion of deliveries. Communicate with customers regarding their orders and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and transactions. Coordinate with drivers, delivery personnel, and management regarding daily operations. Handle customer concerns and provide proper updates when necessary. Qualifications: At least High School Graduate or equivalent. Good communication and customer service skills. Organized and able to manage multiple orders and schedules. Basic knowledge of using mobile phones, messaging applications, and computer systems. Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Experience as a Dispatcher or in a Water Refilling Station is an advantage but not required.
