Dispatcher

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and reliable Dispatcher to join our Water Refilling Station team!

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize customer orders for water delivery.
- Coordinate and dispatch delivery personnel based on scheduled orders.
- Monitor delivery status and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and transactions.
- Coordinate with drivers, delivery personnel, and management regarding daily operations.
- Handle customer concerns and provide proper updates when necessary.

Qualifications:
> At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
> Good communication and customer service skills.
> Organized and able to manage multiple orders and schedules.
> Basic knowledge of using mobile phones, messaging applications, and computer systems.
> Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
> Experience as a Dispatcher or in a Water Refilling Station is an advantage but not required.
