About the role
Annie Maddara is looking for a responsible, organized, and reliable Dispatcher to join a Water Refilling Station team.
Responsibilities
- Receive and organize customer orders for water delivery.
- Coordinate and dispatch delivery personnel based on scheduled orders.
- Monitor delivery status and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
- Communicate with customers about their orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and transactions.
- Coordinate with drivers, delivery personnel, and management regarding daily operations.
- Handle customer concerns and provide proper updates when necessary.
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple orders and schedules.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, messaging applications, and computer systems.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience as a Dispatcher or in a Water Refilling Station is an advantage but not required.
