Dispatcher Logistics Coordinator

MegaMile Inc. is looking for a full-time Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Burbank!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Coordinate and book freight for company-owned trucks nationwide
• Dispatch drivers, optimize routes, and track shipments from pickup to delivery
• Communicate updates and ETAs with clients via phone, text, and email
• Resolve real-time delays and maintain accurate records and invoicing documentation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (fluent in English)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Dependability and reliability
