Distribution Lead/Warehouse Lead

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Lead/Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team in Syracuse, NY. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Implement inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. Monitor and analyze operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and executing solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align distribution strategies with company goals. Keep thorough records of shipments, inventory levels, and safety inspections. Resolve any issues that arise during the distribution process, applying strong problem-solving skills to minimize disruptions. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution leadership role. Proven experience in inventory management and operational efficiency. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively. Familiarity with safety compliance standards in warehouse settings. Excellent communication and time management skills. Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
