Distribution Sell-in (Trilingual)

Tasks

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key distribution partners.
• Manage and monitor partner incentive programs, including FH, SPIF, DIF, and PDF.
• Track the implementation, execution, and results of incentive initiatives to improve partner sales performance.
• Analyze operational data and monitor partner performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of distribution sales strategies.
• Support partner sales management and channel operations to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• University degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Ideally 1–3 years of experience in partner management, channel operations, sales support, or related areas (not mandatory).
• Training will be provided on the role's responsibilities and processes.
• Native-level Mandarin Chinese proficiency is essential for this position.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), partner portals, or ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage and analyze operational data.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
