Job description
Instituto Especializado en Contrataciones is seeking a dedicated Training Instructor and Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Lima, Peru. You will teach learners and professionals, provide tailored consulting, and help strengthen the organization’s training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for varied learning styles and needs.
- Assess training and organizational needs, then provide tailored consulting recommendations.
- Develop learning materials and resources for training programs.
- Facilitate workshops that encourage participation and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using participant feedback and performance measures.

Qualifications
