Document Processing & Translation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Document Processing & Translation Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our documents are accurately processed and translated, contributing significantly to the clarity and accessibility of our content. Key Responsibilities Review, edit, and proofread documents to ensure clarity and accuracy. Translate a variety of documents from source to target languages while maintaining context and meaning. Conduct thorough research to verify technical terms and concepts relevant to the documents. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and provide translation support as needed. Maintain organized records of all processed documents and translations. Assist in the development of style guides and glossaries to standardize terminology. Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma with relevant experience in document processing and translation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in technical writing, research skills, and editing. Experience with proofreading is essential. Familiarity with translation software and tools is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.
