Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service: Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions: Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Restock and organize shelves: Maintain attractive product displays and a well-organized store environment.
• Assist with inventory management: Receive and process shipments efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness: Keep the store and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with team members: Work together to meet store goals and improve team performance.
• Support promotional activities: Participate in special events to increase store sales.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with cash register and POS systems is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.

Compensation: $36 per hour.
