Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in locating products.
• Maintain store appearance by keeping the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Assist with inventory by unloading shipments and stocking shelves properly.
• Support store promotions and sales initiatives to boost customer engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with retail sales tools and techniques is a plus.
• Flexible availability including weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
