Job description
Subarna is hiring a full-time Dollar General Store Associate in Fresno, California. Join a fast-paced retail team focused on helpful customer service, affordable products, and a positive shopping experience. This is an on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, help them locate products, and support a satisfying shopping experience.
- Keep shelves, displays, checkout areas, and other parts of the store clean and organized.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- Restock merchandise and maintain product availability and presentation.
- Help receive shipments, check inventory, and support stock management.
- Work with teammates to meet store goals and maintain operating standards.
- Support merchandising and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a register accurately.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory processes.
- Dependability and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
