Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and meal preparation to promote client independence and dignity. Ensure client safety and comfort by strictly following individualized care plans and promptly reporting any changes in health or behavior. Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients’ overall well-being and reduce social isolation. Maintain accurate and timely records of care activities, ensuring clear communication with the Care Team Leader and other staff. Assist clients with medication management by encouraging adherence to prescribed regimens and monitoring for side effects. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate client needs and adjust care approaches accordingly in collaboration with the care team. Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and service quality. What We're Looking For Required: Care Certificate or equivalent qualification in health and social care. Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits across Leeds and surrounding areas. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, empathetic approach. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred: Previous experience in domiciliary or community care roles.
