About the role
Lead stewardship of major donors and keep the membership program running.
Make sure every supporter is thanked promptly, sees the impact of their gift, and feels connected to the science and conservation work they make possible.
The role spans major donor stewardship, membership operations and fulfillment, donor and member communications, and database management in Raiser's Edge.
Requirements
- 3+ years in nonprofit donor relations, stewardship, or membership services
- Strong Raiser's Edge (or comparable database) skills - gift entry, queries, reporting
- A polished, donor-centric writing voice
- A talent for juggling deadlines with accuracy and follow-through
- Bonus points for a passion for marine conservation or the outdoors
