Job description
Al's Diamond Cabaret is seeking a friendly, clean-cut doorman and floor host in Reading, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, on-site position for applicants age 21 or older.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and support a safe, orderly venue environment.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Respond to tense situations calmly and deliberately, using de-escalation skills.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Friendly, professional presentation and ability to wear required attire, normally including a tie.
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle situations calmly.
