THE INVESTMENT WE WILL MAKE:

• Theoretical training on company policies, procedures, and draft beer line cleaning
• Flexible scheduling with prior communication
• 1-2 months paid field training at $16 per hour
• Gas allowance of $8-$10 per day
• Compensation for drive time from home to last account daily
• Ongoing support from Schedulers, Service Manager, and Business Owners
• Provision of tools and equipment for draft beer line cleaning
• Commission pay from eligible accounts
• Performance reviews at 3-6 months with potential hourly rate increase

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain scheduled weekly cleaning and service routes using your own vehicle
• Perform minimal troubleshooting and repair of draft beer system equipment
• Keep accurate records of services and payments
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
• Complete all tasks at assigned accounts
• Adhere to all company policies and standards
• Provide job training to new technicians and assist with other tasks as needed
