• One to two months of paid field training at $15–$20 per hour.
• $8–$10 per day gas allowance.
• Compensation for drive time from home to your last account each day.
• Ongoing support from schedulers, the service manager, and business owners.
• Tools and equipment needed to clean draft beer lines.
• Commission pay from eligible accounts.
• A performance review at three to six months, with the potential for an incremental hourly rate increase.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled weekly cleaning and service routes using your own vehicle.
• Clean draft beer lines and perform basic draft system troubleshooting and equipment repairs.
• Complete assigned tasks at each account.
• Keep accurate records of services provided and payments received.
• Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Follow company policies and service standards.
• Train new technicians and assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications and work details

• Passion for beer and commitment to a superior, timely, and attentive customer experience.
• Ability to travel between assigned accounts using your own vehicle.
• Willingness to learn draft beer line cleaning and basic system troubleshooting.
• Part-time, on-site position based in La Grange, Illinois; this role is not remote.
• Starting pay: $16 per hour. Paid field training is listed at $15–$20 per hour.
