Draftsman

Turn plans into precise, buildable drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Draftsman)
- Prepare detailed drawings to be generated using AutoCAD or similar software
- Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings
- Prepare site development plans, floor plans, elevations, and construction details
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, or site conditions

QUALIFICATIONS (Draftsman)
- Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related course
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a draftsman, preferably in residential/subdivision projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Willing to be assigned to different project sites (Baguio, Tarlac, and others)

ADVANTAGE / PREFERRED (Draftsman)
- Experience in residential subdivision/housing projects
- Knowledge of Civil 3D, SketchUp, or Revit
- Familiarity with DPWH/NCB standards and local building codes
- Basic knowledge of material takeoffs / Bill of Quantities

Full-time · Field-based · Willing to be assigned: Baguio / Tarlac / other project sites
