📋 Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
Develop and customize Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dynamics 365 plugins.
Design scalable and maintainable solutions using enterprise architecture and design best practices.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Key Vault.
Develop and support Copilot Studio solutions.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Develop and maintain C#/.NET components and integrations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform and support functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Support delivery management and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Work effectively in Agile environments and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
