Job description
John is hiring a full-time Dynamics CRM Consultant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this on-site role, you will help clients improve business outcomes by designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and design tailored CRM solutions that support business objectives.
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to meet user needs.
- Train users and provide ongoing support to promote effective use of the CRM platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve CRM processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliable functionality.
- Document CRM configurations and system updates for internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to recommend effective solutions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with customer relationship management, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM-related tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Azure.
- At least three years of experience in CRM consulting or a related role.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or other relevant certifications preferred.
Team and Work Location
You will report to the CRM Project Manager and collaborate with development teams and business analysts. This position is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is not remote eligible.
Compensation and Employment
Salary: $70,000 per year. This is a full-time position with John.
