Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and design tailored CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules based on user needs.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximize CRM platform utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve CRM processes continuously.
- Monitor CRM system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Create and maintain documentation for CRM configurations and system updates to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to deliver innovative client solutions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM-related software such as Microsoft Power BI and Azure.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM consulting or related roles.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent credentials.
As a member of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the CRM Project Manager and work closely with development teams and business analysts to deliver exceptional CRM solutions.
