Chandan Majhi is hiring dedicated E-commerce Delivery Executives to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. As a key player in our e-commerce delivery operations, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate e-commerce order deliveries to guarantee punctual shipments.
• Conduct quality inspections on products before delivery to maintain company standards.
• Communicate proactively with customers about delivery schedules and any delays.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to optimize inventory and shipment workflows.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, customer feedback, and any discrepancies.
• Assist in planning efficient delivery routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Participate in training programs to enhance logistics and customer service skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in logistics or e-commerce delivery preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with delivery tracking software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
