E-Concierge (Pre- and Post-Arrival)

About the role

The E-Concierge pre-contacts our guests and agencies, responds to their communications, and coordinates their requests before arrival.

Tasks

• Manager, general manager, and supervisor about pre-contacted arrivals.
• Prepare the arrival report for large families, identifying their preferences and special needs to facilitate follow-up.
• Manage guest needs prior to their arrival by providing information and coordinating services such as room upgrades, Spa bookings, excursions, transfers, and special occasions.

• It is important that the candidate is responsible, organized, and possesses critical thinking skills, strong writing abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage their time and follow up on
