Job description
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Facets healthcare system (Must-Have).
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing.
- 5+ years of experience leading E2E testing programs.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare Payer processes: Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Provider, Billing, Care Management, Prior Authorization, and EDI transactions.
- Experience in SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT testing.
- Proficiency in Jira, qTest, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong leadership, defect management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
