Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and prepare legal documents and files for court cases and Immigration Agencies.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and legal professionals to collect relevant case information.
- Draft and prepare legal documents including briefs, affidavits, appeals, motions, and pleadings.
Qualifications:
- Experience with EB2-NIW immigration cases and US immigration law.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Spanish.
