Job description
We are seeking an experienced EB-2 NIW Paralegal to support a U.S. law firm. This is a full-time, remote-eligible role based in Panama City, Panama, requiring English and Spanish proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and prepare documents and case files for court proceedings and immigration agencies.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and legal professionals to collect information relevant to upcoming cases.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including briefs, affidavits, appeals, motions, and pleadings.
- Provide day-to-day paralegal support to attorneys handling immigration matters.
Qualifications
- Professional English and Spanish communication skills.
- Experience supporting legal teams with case documentation and drafting.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to work full time and remotely from Panama.
