Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online product catalog. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping product listings accurate, ensuring competitive pricing across all channels, and proactively coordinating with internal team members to gather missing product information, images, and assets.

Key Responsibilities● Catalog & Listing Management: Create, upload, and update product listings across our e-commerce platforms [e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce].● Price Maintenance: Regularly update product pricing, promotional discounts, and margins based on strategy, cost shifts, or market changes.● Cross-Team Collaboration: Proactively liaise with marketing, inventory, and product teams to collect missing product details, specs, images, and copy required for listings.● Data Integrity: Conduct routine audits of the store catalog to fix broken links, missing attributes, incorrect prices, or outdated information.● Content Quality Assurance: Ensure all product descriptions, features, images, and variants are formatted correctly and aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills● Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing product catalogs on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Magento).● Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, data formatting) for bulk uploading and managing large product catalogs.● Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to follow up with team members and gather required information efficiently.● Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling price updates, product SKUs, and specification details.● Self-Starter: Strong time-management skills with the ability to take initiative and track down missing data without constant supervision
