Job description
Tasks
- Drive retail sales growth and monitor territory performance.
- Train and coach store associates on skincare products and effective selling techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Build strong relationships with retail teams and account executives.
- Track daily, monthly, and seasonal sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to expand brand visibility and grow the customer base.
Requirements
- Experience in product education, customer-facing demonstrations, and training programs.
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales performance reporting.
- Must have a reliable car and be willing to travel across NYC and New Jersey within approximately 50 miles of Manhattan.
