Education Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Education Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and strengthen the presence of belif Skincare across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy’s retail locations.

Tasks

• Drive retail sales growth and monitor territory performance.
• Train and coach store associates on skincare products and effective selling techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional events.
• Build strong relationships with retail teams and account executives.
• Track daily, monthly, and seasonal sales performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand brand visibility and grow the customer base.

Requirements

• Experience in product education, customer-facing demonstrations, and training programs.
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales performance reporting.
• Must have a reliable car and be willing to travel across NYC and New Jersey within approximately 50 miles of Manhattan.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
