Job description
Tasks
- Monitor and drive sales performance across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy’s stores.
- Train store associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
- Build strong relationships with store leadership, associates, and retail partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations, promotional activities, and in-store events.
- Identify opportunities to expand brand presence and grow the customer base.
- Track daily, monthly, and seasonal sales performance and prepare accurate reports.
- Coach retail teams to improve productivity and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong sales, training, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and product presentation skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
