Next Level Technician is hiring experienced Electrical / Conveyance Superintendent.
ResponsibilitiesOversee conveyance/pathway scope onsiteManage Leads and field crewsPlan daily manpower, sequencing and work frontsOversee basket tray, conduit/pipe, supports and pathway installationsRead and interpret construction drawingsCoordinate routing, elevations and penetrationsCoordinate with Project Managers, the GC and other tradesTrack production, manpower, materials and scheduleMaintain QA/QC standardsIdentify and resolve field constraintsMaintain accurate red-lines and as-built documentationEnsure crews are working from current drawing revisionsEnforce project and OSHA safety requirements
Requirements5+ years commercial construction or low voltage experience2+ years field leadership experienceStrong conveyance/pathway experienceExperience managing Leads and field crewsAbility to read prints and coordinate field layoutStrong manpower planning and scheduling skillsExperience coordinating with GCs and other tradesStrong safety and QA/QC backgroundOSHA 30 requiredPlanGrid, Procore, or similar construction software experience preferredData center or large industrial/commercial experience preferred
Attention to detail matters. Making sure crews are working from the latest drawings and that as-builts and field documentation stay current is critical to protecting the project schedule and budget.
