QUALIFICATIONS
With NC II / NC III in Elevator and Escalator (or equivalent)
At least 1 year experience as Elevator Technician (preferably in building maintenance or similar field)
Physically fit and can work on-site and in shifts, if needed
Willing to be assigned in Makati City
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevator systems.
Ensure safe and proper operation of elevators.
Inspect and test equipment and components.
Respond to service calls and breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
