About the RoleOur client, a high-growth, 8-figure DTC apparel brand, is looking for a highly experienced Graphic Designer to join their email marketing and paid-ads creative team full-time. This role plays a key part in executing high-frequency campaigns that reflect the brand's voice and drive results across email and paid channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality email graphics and layouts in Figma, aligned with campaign objectivesTranslate monthly marketing briefs into compelling visual executionsPrepare and integrate final designs into Klaviyo for email campaign flowsWork closely with the email marketing team to execute lifecycle campaignsEnsure visuals reflect brand voice and customer nuanceSupport paid media creative assetsSupport social media graphics and promotional assetsContribute to creative execution for product launches and seasonal campaignsExecute quickly and efficiently in a high-frequency campaign environment
Requirements5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on email marketing or lifecycle campaignsAdvanced proficiency in Figma (primary design tool for this role)Strong attention to detail and brand alignmentComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven DTC environmentAbility to collaborate closely with lifecycle/email marketing teamsStrong execution discipline, consistency, and speed of delivery
Nice to HaveExperience preparing and integrating designs into KlaviyoFamiliarity with Canva as a secondary design tool
