Email Marketing CRM Specialist

Kurios City is building an active pipeline of Latin American marketing talent for current and upcoming client opportunities. We are seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist who can create thoughtful lifecycle campaigns, maintain reliable CRM data, and turn performance signals into practical improvements. This is an active selection process and talent pipeline. Client assignment, compensation, schedule, and start date will be shared with shortlisted candidates when a matching opportunity is confirmed. Responsibilities: build, QA, schedule, and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences; segment audiences and maintain clean CRM data; create and improve automation workflows, lead-routing, and lifecycle journeys; track delivery, engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics; and partner with marketing, sales, and operations on messaging and handoffs. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM operations, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing; experience with a CRM and email platform such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar; strong written English and Spanish; working knowledge of segmentation, workflow logic, reporting, and campaign QA; organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely. B2B, technology, nearshore, energy, or professional-services experience is helpful but not required.
