Email Outreach Associate

Build target lists of US solo and small-firm attorneys, by practice area
Run personalized cold email outreach (at least 80 touches/day) pitching our LPO services
Manage multi-touch follow-up cadences in HubSpot
Book qualified discovery calls
Report weekly on what's working
Schedule: 40 hours/week, fully remote
Working hours align with US Pacific Time business hours (8am–5pm PT)
In Pakistan Standard Time, that's 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT
This is a night-shift role
Compensation: Base PKR 25,000/month + 8% Commission per client signed
Salary is non-negotiable
