Embedded Product Manager - Healthcare

As an Embedded Product Manager (EPM)-Healthcare at Percepta, you will collaborate with engineers and researchers to define how healthcare organizations reinvent themselves with AI. EPMs shape AI transformation strategies that executives can believe in, teams are excited by, and that can create outsized value. The focus is on delivering real outcomes in healthcare by ensuring products are adopted, loved, and scaled while addressing the complexity of real data and real users.

Percepta’s team is a quickly growing group of Applied AI Engineers, Embedded Product Managers, and Researchers motivated by diffusing the promise of AI into improvements in day-to-day lives. Percepta is a direct partnership with General Catalyst, a global transformation and investment company.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the AI vision of a hospital, VBC, or health-tech company.
• Continuously iterate toward the right long-term and short-term tradeoffs, run experiments to validate value, and understand when to leverage the research team to push the envelope.
• Help shape which customers Percepta targets, the product abstractions it invests in, and the culture of how the team builds together.
