Join a global network of 400+ hosts and deliver engaging, memorable experiences for corporate volunteers. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage event flow to ensure a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.
• Engage and motivate diverse volunteer groups, fostering enthusiasm and teamwork.
• Use exceptional public speaking and communication skills to clearly present information.
• Adapt to changing event dynamics while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
• Interact with corporate volunteers to boost collaboration and participation.
• Lead pre-event setup, ensuring all logistics are arranged thoroughly.
• Measure event success through participant feedback and engagement, making improvements for future events.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management or related fields.
• Strong public speaking, communication, and event coordination skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with a talent for engagement and networking.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic situations effectively.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking to develop innovative event hosting approaches.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Technical & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (event materials and supplies).
• Ability to stand for 2–4 hours at a time.
• Reliable transportation to event venues within Chicago.
• Comfortable assisting with event setup and reset tasks.

Compensation: $40 per hour

Location: Chicago, IL (On-site)
