Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and post-discharge care instructions. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in emergency drills and continuous education to maintain readiness for diverse emergency situations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida. Experience in emergency or critical care nursing preferred. Strong triage skills with the ability to perform under pressure. Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
