Tasks

• Developing and implementing person centered plans focusing on employability skills development
• Providing employment skill development to the participants to assist with community employment
• Providing onsite mentoring to participants employed in the community
• Monitoring the progress of participants
• Identifying areas and strategies where accommodations are required for each participant and implementing individualized plans (includes analyzing workshop requirements and implementing various strategies)
• Facilitating education with others to ensure appropriate communication and support for the parti

Schedule

• Temporary: Full-Time; until March 31, 2027

Pay

• Play Class 14 (range of $26.21 to $32.44 per hour)
