Codisvet, S.A. is hiring a full-time Warehouse Manager (Encargado de Bodega) in Guatemala City, Guatemala. This on-site role is suited to an organized, proactive professional who can coordinate warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily inventory, ensuring products are stored and labeled correctly.
- Plan and coordinate merchandise receiving and dispatch to maintain accuracy and on-time processing.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse organization systems.
- Communicate with team members and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Train and lead the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, verify record accuracy, and report discrepancies.
- Adapt plans and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Required and preferred qualifications
- Currently studying in the third year of Business Administration or a related degree program (required).
