Job description
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in endpoint support, desktop engineering, or IT/security operations.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including DHCP, DNS, IP routing, network access control, packet capture, and analysis.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows authentication, and permissions.
- Hands-on troubleshooting of Zscaler, HTTP inspection, TLS, PKI, and certificate errors.
- Experience analyzing HAR files to troubleshoot client-side HTTP connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of Authenticode signatures and CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).
- Familiarity with Group Policy (GPO), Microsoft Intune, and endpoint policy management.
- Proficiency in log analysis, query tools, and security alert investigation.
- Working knowledge of CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender.
