Endpoint Analyst (Security)

Requirements

• 3–5 Years
• Experience in endpoint support, desktop engineering, or IT/security operations
• Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, network access control, IP routing, packet capture, and network troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows authentication, and permissions
• Troubleshooting HTTP inspection services such as Zscaler, TLS, and PKI issues
• Experience analyzing HAR files to diagnose client-side HTTP connectivity issues
• Knowledge of Authenticode signatures and endpoint application control solutions such as CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager
• Familiarity with endpoint policies using Group Policy (GPO), Microsoft Intune, and related tools
• Proficiency in log analysis, query tools, raw text files, and centralized logging platforms
• Understanding of endpoint security alerts, threat investigation, and online research techniques
• Experience troubleshooting certificate errors and working with CyberArk, CrowdStrike, and Microsoft Defender
