Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Engineer I Manufacturing Engineering to develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes for assembly products. This role ensures products meet customer design specifications, quality standards, and production throughput targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and qualify manufacturing processes for assembly products.
- Layout proposals for current and new projects.
- Prepare technical readiness documentation.
- Review and standardize work methods.
- Perform work analysis to identify value-added and non-value-added activities.
- Monitor operational metrics such as units per hour (UPH), scrap, and downtime.
- Implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles daily to drive continuous improvement.
