About The Role

This role primarily supports client's Operational Excellence team on improvements to the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) area to help optimize the process and, consequently, increase the capacity of this area.

What You'll Do

Assess current Incoming sampling plans based on ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.9, and/or ISO 2859 and ISO 3951, and propose improvements.Analyze current process flow and layout and propose improvement to increase capacity.Assess if there is any impact of Incoming process changes against Risk Management procedures.Review inventory management in Oracle and determine potential improvements.Support our client team with the implementation of the improvement activities within the IQC area.Prepare and maintain a Project Tracker with weekly updates for Management Review.Knowledge transfer to client during and at completion of the project.Other tasks as agreed upon between the Liaisons listed in this Statement of Work.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.4+ year of experience.knowledge of sampling plans, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.9, and/or ISO 2859 and ISO 3951, applied statistics.Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project/Visio) Proficient in the use of Minitab statistical analysis.Familiar with electronic management documentation.Spanish: Native Speaker, English: Fluent speaking, writing and reading.
