The Platform Engineering Manager leads engineers building and managing a robust, automated platform that abstracts infrastructure complexities and enables seamless application deployment and operations. The role combines technical leadership, engineering management, and product management to deliver platform services aligned with organizational needs and valuable to internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a vision for platform services as products.
• Gather requirements and prioritize work based on business value.
• Ensure adoption and satisfaction among engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to embed reliability practices and achieve operational excellence.
