English-Speaking Estimator / Sales Representative – Bogotá

Raul Cardenas is hiring a full-time, remote-eligible English-Speaking Estimator / Sales Representative in Bogotá, Colombia. In this construction sales role, you will prepare project estimates, develop client relationships, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Speak with clients to understand project requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Use CRM software to track leads, document client interactions, and maintain transaction records.
• Work with project managers and engineering teams to verify estimate accuracy and project feasibility.
• Prepare and present proposals, clearly explaining the scope and benefits of services.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines against estimates and delivery dates.
• Provide after-sales support and respond to client questions and concerns.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience in estimating and sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency with CRM software and relevant sales and estimating tools.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and client service skills.
