As a EDIM Integration Senior Associate, you will be a key member of our Data and Digital Services (DDS) Enterprise Data Integration & Migration (EDIM) team and will be responsible of performing billable client work, including but not limited to development and maintenance or support, and solution design, providing estimates, execution of tasks, documentation, and standards compliance. This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team-oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our technical team with other developers, you will be responsible of all phases of the development lifecycle using a defined project methodology, and will report directly to a Technical Supervisor. This position also requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key Application Development US team contacts.

In this role, as a Senior Developer, you may have the opportunity to be a Project Lead, coordinating resources and assignments within your assigned projects, driving delivery of your assigned projects and team and provide updates to the project stakeholders. You will have technical oversight for development and delivery of large-scale project deliverables and provide guidance and assistance to other developers.

Responsibilities

Design and develop integrations between package software solutionsAbility to work closely with clients and functional consultants to translate user requirements into functional specifications then into technical developmentCreate estimates for assigned developmentsCreate technical design documentsPerform solution developmentDebugging issues and providing solutionsPerform developer testing and quality assurance (QA)Perform peer code reviews ensuring best practices are being metProvide support of your deliverablesPerform deployment to environments and configurationAssist and guide other developersServe as a mentor and trainer to others, primarily in technical aspectsContribute to shared knowledge repositories for code best practices, tips and tricksAssist with data architecture, data conversion and system performance improvementReport daily progress on development and issue resolutionFollow the software development lifecycle process, including timely updates to our internal systemsMaintain a high level of ownership and see assignments through to completion based on agreed upon deadlinesWhen assigned as a Project Lead, coordinate resources and assignments within your assigned projects

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field5+ years of full-time practical work experience in related fields3+ years practical and technical experience in integrations developmentKnowledge of Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Celigo, or other integration platformsERP or CRM experienceAbility to apply system design and development methodologiesAbility to interface with clients to understand their current business and accounting processesKnowledge of technical and business writingGood oral and communication skillsA team player with a sense for initiativeAbility to learn new business processes or applications quicklyGoal-oriented with an eye for qualityDemonstrates leadership skillsFluent in Spanish and English (Excellent English writing and speaking skills)

Experience working with Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Celigo, or other integration platformsKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Intacct
