Job description
Reporting to the Programs Manager, this internship provides administrative and coordination support to BOF’s capacity-building programs for Black entrepreneurs. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role well suited to a student looking to build practical experience in program administration and the nonprofit sector.
Placement Details:
Position Type: Full-Time Co-op Placement
Duration: ~4 month term
Location: Toronto, Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
Compensation: $23.50
The ideal candidate is currently enrolled at the University of Toronto, and eligible for a co-op or similar experiential learning placement with a strong interest in program administration, community development, or the nonprofit/charitable sector. An understanding of, or lived experience of the systemic barriers faced by Black and racialized Canadians is an asset.
