Key Responsibilities Engage prospective clients, providing information on our HVAC solutions, and setting appointments for detailed consultations. Develop a strong understanding of HVAC products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations tailored to meet customer needs. Follow up on leads generated through various channels to drive sales opportunities. Support senior sales associates in pipeline management and tracking customer interactions. Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Maintain customer records and enter updated information into our CRM system. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for sales. Familiarity with basic HVAC concepts is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Previous sales experience or internship in a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desire to learn and grow within the HVAC industry.
