Tasks

• Drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain organized, visually appealing store displays and merchandising standards.
• Photograph and prepare shoes for online listings.
• Create and manage product listings across Shopify, eBay, and Excel.
• Process, package, and prepare online orders for shipping and in-store pickup.
• Work with the team to create original, engaging content for Instagram & TikTok
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Open availability on SAT & SUN is required.
• Open availability throughout the week & weekend.
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Confidently engages with customers and delivers excellent service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently.
• Active social media presence or content creation experience is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems, Excel, and inventory management is preferred.

Schedule

• Full time + part time
